The FST remains committed to contributing to the safety, efficiency and regularity of air navigation / flight operations through the production of skilled and competent manpower in the field of flight operations by formulating, implementing and managing basic license-resulted Dispatcher training programme as well as additional programs such as refreshers and orientation courses as approved and authorized by the licensing authority pertaining to flight operations to satisfy the framework of ICAO requirements, standards and recommended practices as well as CAAN specifications thereof in accordance with established procedures of CAA.
