The CDD shall remain committed to contributing to the safety, efficiency and regularity of air navigation / flight operations through the development, updating, and upgrading of conventional and competencybased training courses on all areas of training across all disciplines in coordination and cooperation with CAA Chief and all other concerned Faculties and divisions. It shall also remain responsible for dealing with matters concerning to ICAO TRAINAIR PLUS Programme.
